Richard’s journey began in 2006 after graduating from HVAC Mechanical school in the U.S. Army, and He then held senior roles in corporate America for nearly a decade. During this time, Richard learned the vital lesson that would shape the future of ComfortShield: the success of any organization is built by its EMPLOYEES & CUSTOMERS. Richard realized these two aspects were the most valuable assets, NOT THE DOLLAR.
