Founder & Principal Attorney
Peter J. Gilbert is the founding attorney of Highpoint Law Offices PC. The law is Peter’s second career, after having served in pastoral ministry for 17 years. His unique background in ministry sets the tone for a law practice that is rooted in respect, compassion, helping others build better futures through estate planning, long-term care planning, special needs planning, and business planning.
Peter holds a BA from Haverford College, a BD from Yale Divinity School, and a JD from William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. His postgraduate & advanced training includes work on Medicaid Practice Systems, Elder Law, Long-Term Care, and Estate Planning Advanced Studies. Peter and his wife are proud parents and grandparents.

Pennsylvania Bar Association, Bucks County Bar Association, Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Bucks County Estate Planning Council, and the Board of Trustees at Christ’s Home Retirement Community.
Loren Frasco
Paralegal and Executive Director
Loren has been setting a warm and welcoming tone with HighPoint Law Offices since 2003. As Executive Director, Loren oversees many of the day-to-day administrative activities of the firm as well as drafts legal documents. Loren has been running the ACE Client Care program at HighPoint since 2003 and has been an integral part of the firm’s growth over the years.
Loren is a Certified Paralegal and Notary Public with many years of estate planning and elder care experience. She holds a B.S. in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley University and a Paralegal Certificate from Bucks County Community College. She resides with her husband and goldendoodle in New Britain, where she is active in her community as Vice President of the New Britain Borough Council and a member of the Central Bucks Regional Police Commission.
Tara Gorman
Estate Administration Paralegal
Tara is an experienced paralegal with more than 20 years of expertise settling estates and helping families with their estate planning. Tara is a graduate of Stockton University in New Jersey and lives in Bucks County.
Tara is active in her church and home life. Her two sons, husband, three cats and one dog keep her busy outside of the office. She enjoys heading to the beach in the summer.

Julia O’Donnell
Client Service Specialist
Julia brings over 20 years of marketing, business, and administrative support experience to HighPoint Law. As the Client Services Specialist, she ensures documents are prepared and finalized for our clients. She is also an integral part of our administrative support team. Julia is a graduate of West Chester University and has a B.A. in Communications. She resides in Bucks County and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
